About the role

As the Rubik Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping our customers use data intelligently to better understand and improve how they operate their businesses. This can range from supporting them to digitalise their data all the way through to using Machine Learning and AI tools and techniques to generate brand new insights. Alongside helping our clients we are also looking for someone to work with our Chief Data Officer to develop and shape our data capability and customer value proposition.

What you'll do
  • Develop standard data models for businesses across a range of industries
  • Help build and maintain data platforms and business intelligence solutions
  • Support with data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Use your analytical skills to generate insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Learn and apply new tools and techniques to help our customers achieve a competitive advantage
  • Work with our Chief Data Officer to develop Rubik’s data capability and customer value proposition

The skills you'll need
  • 3 years in a similar data analyst role
  • Interest in learning and applying new data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with a variety of programming languages such as SQL, Python & R
  • Experience with ETL and warehousing techniques and tools, such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
  • Experience with a variety of data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau & Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
